How we handle your information

What we collect

If you send an enquiry, we collect the name, email address, phone number, organisation and message you type into the form, and which of the three enquiry types you chose. Nothing else is requested, and we do not buy or append data from anywhere else.

Why we hold it

Solely to reply to you and to arrange a visit, meeting, loan or licence. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it.

How long we keep it

While the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, so there is a record of what was agreed. Ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Cookies and analytics

No cookies are set unless you accept them. If you accept, a privacy-preserving visit counter records page views without profiling you or following you to other sites. Declining changes nothing about how the site works. Your choice is stored in your own browser.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare Pages, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses to serve and protect it.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.

Use the contact form and say it is a privacy request; it reaches the same place.
